Ruger Blackhawk 45 Colt 7.5" 6-Round Revolver Blued

The Ruger Blackhawk is a single-action revolver chambered in 45 Colt, built for handgun hunting, target shooting and recreational range use. Its blued steel frame and 7.5-inch barrel give it a traditional profile with a total overall length of 13.38 inches and a weight of 2.63 pounds.

The revolver uses Ruger's patented transfer bar mechanism, which transmits the hammer blow to the firing pin and removes the need for a safety notch on the hammer. The gate can only be opened when the hammer and trigger are fully forward, and it locks the trigger, hammer and transfer bar while open. Sights are a ramp front with an adjustable rear, and the cylinder holds six rounds.

Compatible ammunition is 45 Colt.
