Patented integral scope mounts are machined directly on the solid-steel receiver which provides a stable mounting surface. The non-rotating Mauser-type controlled round feed extractor features a fixed blade-type ejector that positively ejects the empty cases as the bolt is moved fully rearward. The Scout Rifle also has a free-floated cold hammer-forged barrel with ultra-precise rifling three-position safety sling swivel studs detachable box magazine with push-forward magazine release and a soft rubber buttpad with buttpad spacers. Included are scope rings and three .5 spacers.This model has a 16.1 stainless steel barrel and an American walnut stock.
