Description
The Ruger PC Carbine Backpacker is a semi-automatic 9mm Luger rifle built for shooters who want a compact, lightweight carbine. It uses a blowback operating system and has an aluminum receiver with a hammer forged steel barrel finished in black oxide.
The rifle has a 16.12-inch threaded barrel with a 1:10 twist and an overall length of 34.37 inches. It weighs 6.2 pounds and includes an adjustable ghost ring rear sight and a protected blade front sight. A Picatinny rail provides mounting for optics, and the receiver is optics ready. The 10-round capacity is supplied with the pistol magazine well installed.
Interchangeable magazine wells accept common Ruger and Glock magazines, and a Glock-compatible well is included. The gray glass-filled nylon stock has an integral sling mount and a soft rubber buttpad with spacers for fit adjustment. A thread protector is included for the 1/2x28 threaded muzzle.
