Savage Axis 2 OD Green 7mm-08 20 Barrel 4-Rounds

Savage Axis 2 Features The Savage Arms Axis 2 is built around a precision button-rifled threaded 20 barrel with a 1:9.5 twist rate matched to the 7mm-08 Rem cartridge delivering the accuracy hunters expect at extended ranges. Thread-in headspacing keeps chamber dimensions tight from the factory and the 4+1 round detachable box magazine gives a fast reload in the field without breaking the shooter s position. The user-adjustable AccuTrigger lets a shooter dial the pull weight from 2.5 to 6 lbs trading a mushy factory trigger for one tuned to the individual. A two-position safety and a drilled and tapped receiver round out an action built for dependable field use and easy optics mounting. The redesigned ergonomic bolt handle gives a sleeker more comfortable grip that stays manageable even with gloved hands in cold or wet weather. The OD Green synthetic stock carries enhanced texturing and a contoured pistol grip with ambidextrous palm swells so the rifle handles equally well for right or left-hand shooters reaching for it in the field. A rubber recoil pad tames the recoil of the 7mm-08 across a long day at the range or in a blind. The 5/8x24 threaded muzzle adds the option of a suppressor or brake making this Axis 2 a versatile ready-to-hunt rifle for sale at ARMSAGORA.
