Savage Impulse Core Hunter Pro 7mm Backcountry 20" Threaded Western Camo Bolt Action Rifle

Savage Impulse Core Hunter Pro Features The Savage Arms Impulse Core Hunter Pro uses a straight-pull action that lets the shooter cycle the bolt forward and back without breaking their cheek weld speeding up follow-up shots on fast-moving game. Chambered in 7mm Backcountry the rifle runs a 20 heavy sporter barrel with a 1:8 twist matched to this newer high-performance cartridge. The threaded muzzle accepts a brake or suppressor for shooters looking to manage recoil or sound. The ambidextrous bolt handle works equally well for left and right-handed shooters a welcome feature when sharing a rifle in camp. The Savage Western Camo finish on the AccuStock helps the rifle blend into varied terrain while the AccuFit V2 synthetic system allows the shooter to adjust length of pull and comb height for a consistent repeatable mount. That fit adjustability matters most when conditions or clothing layers change throughout a hunting season. The carbon steel receiver is drilled and tapped providing a solid foundation for mounting long-range optics. At 8.1 lbs the Savage Arms Impulse Core Hunter Pro balances the weight needed to manage recoil with the portability demanded by long days in rugged backcountry terrain.
