Description
The Savage Rascal FV-SR Youth is a single shot bolt action rifle chambered in .22 LR, designed as an introductory rimfire for young or small-statured shooters. It cocks by lifting the bolt and unloads without pulling the trigger, which supports safe handling habits while building fundamental shooting skills.
The rifle has a 16.13-inch barrel with a heavy profile and a threaded 1/2-28 muzzle. It weighs about 3.5 pounds and measures 30.63 inches overall. The black matte finish is applied to carbon steel components, and the rifle uses an adjustable peep sight. The synthetic stock is paired with Savage's user-adjustable AccuTrigger. The rifle is right-handed and holds one round.
The Rascal FV-SR is a right-handed single shot rifle, so it is not suited to left-handed shooters.
