Description
The Savage Arms Rascal is a single-shot, bolt-action rimfire rifle built for youth shooters and new shooters learning the fundamentals. The bolt is lifted to cock the action, and the rifle can be unloaded without pulling the trigger, which the design presents as a safety feature.
The rifle is chambered in 22 LR and has a 16.13-inch carbon steel barrel with a 30.63-inch overall length. It weighs 2.71 pounds and carries one round at a time. Sighting is by adjustable peep sights, and the trigger is user-adjustable through Savage's AccuTrigger system. A feed ramp and manual safety are included.
The stock is hardwood, and the rifle is offered in a pink color with a blued finish. It is configured for left-hand shooters.
