Savage Axis 2 XP 6.5 Creedmoor 20" Threaded Left Hand Bolt Action Rifle with 3-9x40 Scope

Savage Axis 2 XP Features The Savage Arms Axis 2 XP is built around a precision threaded 20 inch barrel chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor with a 1:8 twist rate matched to this cartridge s popular long range bullet weights. The 5/8x24 thread pattern accepts muzzle devices or suppressors for managing recoil during extended range sessions. The included 3-9x40mm scope features a Duplex reticle with fully multi-coated lenses and tool-less windage and elevation adjustments arriving factory mounted and bore-sighted so the rifle is ready to hunt out of the box. The user-adjustable AccuTrigger lets left-handed shooters set pull weight anywhere from 2.5 to 6 pounds. The OD Green fixed synthetic stock features enhanced texturing with a contoured pistol grip and ambidextrous palm swells built in a left-hand configuration for southpaw hunters. An adjustable length of pull lets the rifle fit a range of shooters without aftermarket modification. The detachable box magazine feeds 4 rounds and drops free for quick reloads in the field. With a two-position safety and a rubber recoil pad to soften recoil from the 6.5 Creedmoor cartridge this scoped package is ready for the hunting season straight out of the box.
