Description
The Savage Arms AXIS XP Gen II is a bolt-action centerfire rifle built for hunting, sold here as a bundle with a factory-mounted, bore-sighted 3-9x40mm scope. It is chambered in 22-250 Remington and fitted with a 22-inch barrel, a black polymer stock with textured grip areas, and a matte finish. The stock has an updated pistol grip with ambidextrous palm swells, and the bolt handle has a redesigned ergonomic shape meant to aid control in rain or cold weather.
The rifle is a right-hand model with a detachable box magazine holding 4 rounds. The 3-9x magnification range and 40mm objective lens suit general hunting use at varying distances.
