Savage Arms AXIS XP Youth 223 Remington 20" Left Hand Bolt Action Rifle With 3-9x40 Scope

The Savage Arms AXIS XP Youth Combo Compact Left Hand is a bolt-action rifle built for youth and smaller-framed shooters who need a left-handed rifle for hunting. It is chambered in 223 Remington, which is also marked 5.56x45mm NATO, and it ships as a bundle with a factory-mounted and boresighted 3-9x40mm scope.

The rifle has a 20-inch barrel with an overall length of 39.5 inches and weighs 7.4 pounds. It uses a bolt action with a detachable box magazine holding 4 rounds. The carbon steel construction has a matte black finish, and the stock features enhanced texturing and ambidextrous palm swells on the pistol grip. The bolt handle has an ergonomic redesign intended to improve control in rain or cold weather. The rifle has no iron sights, so the included scope is the sighting system.
