SDS Imports 1911 A1 Service Features This model boasts several enhancements over the traditional 1911A1 design. The hammer-forged full-size frame ensures durability and reliability while the GI style sights provide a familiar sight picture for accuracy. The pistol features a flared and lowered ejection port for reliable ejection of spent casings. Internally it utilizes Series 70 internals known for their simplicity and reliability. Additional refinements include a beveled magazine well for easier reloading and a polished feed ramp and lip for enhanced feeding reliability.
