The Shadow Systems DR920 Elite is a full-size, striker-fired 9mm Luger pistol built for duty and general-purpose use. It is sold in a black polymer frame with a bronze-colored barrel and a nitride finish.

The pistol has a 4.5-inch barrel, a 17-round capacity, and a right-hand configuration. It weighs 1.44 pounds and uses tritium front night sights with a serrated rear sight. The trigger pull is listed at 4.5 to 5.0 pounds. The frame has interchangeable backstraps, and the slide has front, rear and topside serrations along with a weight-reducing window cut.
