Shark Coast Tactical Copper Features The Shark Coast Tactical Copper runs a direct impingement operating system paired with a chrome moly vanadium barrel finished in black nitride a combination built to handle sustained firing without excessive wear. The 16 inch barrel carries a 1:7 twist rate stabilizing a wide range of 5.56 NATO bullet weights from lightweight varmint loads to heavier match projectiles. A threaded muzzle at 1/2x28 accepts standard AR muzzle devices and the barrel feeds from magazines holding up to 30 rounds for extended strings of fire between reloads. The Antique Copper Cerakote finish on the aluminum receiver replicates the look of aged corroded copper while the Cerakote process itself protects the metal against the elements and daily wear. A full length Picatinny top rail runs across the receiver giving shooters a stable mounting platform for red dots magnified optics or back up iron sights. The M-LOK handguard below it offers direct attachment points for lights foregrips and slings without the bulk of a quad rail system.
