Description
The Sharps Bros Overthrow is a stripped AR-15 lower receiver in black hardcoat anodized finish, sold as a semi-automatic firearm component. Its open magazine well helmet design features dents, sword gashes and crack lines intended to give it a battle-worn look.
The receiver is machined from 7075-T6 aluminum, a high-strength, corrosion-resistant alloy, and finished with a hardcoat anodize per MIL-A-8625. It is listed for 5.56x45mm NATO, 223 Remington and 300 Blackout, and is marked as multi-caliber.
It is designed to accept mil-spec internal parts, mil-spec upper receivers and GI standard or PMAG magazines.
