The extended XL length is ideal for pistols with longer threaded barrels or recessed thread shoulders helping ensure proper fit and alignment. Pistons can be easily swapped to match different hosts or thread patterns. Manufactured from heat treated 17-4 stainless steel the piston delivers excellent strength wear resistance and long term durability. A black finish provides corrosion resistance and a clean appearance. For fixed barrel firearms the piston can be paired with a fixed barrel spacer to support use on rifles or pistol caliber carbines.
