Description
The Springfield Armory 1911 Ronin AOS is a semi-automatic 9mm Luger pistol built on the 1911 platform. It is intended for duty, home defense, and recreational shooting, and is designed to accept optics through an Agency Arms AOS plate adapter system.
The pistol has a 4.25-inch barrel and a 9-round capacity. The slide is carbon steel and the frame is stainless steel, both forged, with a hammer-forged barrel. The finish is Cerakote in blue, and the front sight is fiber optic. The rear sight is integrated into the AOS plate system.
The gun ships with a cover plate rather than an optic plate, so AOS optic plates for RMR, Shield, Delta Point Pro, and Docter-style optics must be purchased separately. Crossed cannon grips are included.
