Steyr AUG 223 Remington 5.56x45mm 30-Round Polymer Magazine

This is a 30-round polymer replacement magazine made by Steyr Arms for the Steyr AUG rifle. It is chambered for 223 Remington and 5.56x45mm NATO ammunition, and it is offered as a factory original part.

The magazine has a clear polymer body with an OD green base. Its 30-round capacity allows longer strings of fire before reloading, and the body material is polymer. The raw listing states that factory replacement parts are made to the same specifications, tolerances and materials as the original parts, which is intended to ensure fit and reliable operation.

Because it is specified for the Steyr AUG, it is intended for use with that rifle only. Keeping a spare magazine on hand allows faster reloads and provides a backup if the primary magazine is lost or damaged.
