SureFire SOCOM Shim Kit 5/8-24 Stainless Steel 12 Shims

The SureFire SOCOM Shim Kit is a set of stainless steel shims used to set the alignment and timing of a SOCOM-style muzzle device on a firearm barrel threaded 5/8-24. The shims let the installer choose the thickness needed to bring the device to the correct position during installation.

The kit contains 12 shims of different thicknesses, each color-coded for quick identification. Stainless steel construction is intended to resist corrosion in regular use. The kit is designed for 5/8-24 threads and fits SOCOM muzzle devices including the SF3P, SFMB and Warcomp 7.62 models.

Use the shims only with compatible SOCOM muzzle devices on 5/8-24 threads. Choose the thickness that gives the desired alignment before final tightening.
