Description
The SureFire Warden Blast Diffuser is a muzzle device for 5.56x45mm NATO and 7.62x51mm NATO rifles. It directs concussive blast forward of the weapon rather than venting gas to the sides, which is intended to improve comfort for the shooter and for nearby teammates. The forward redirection is also described as reducing dust signature when firing from prone positions, and the design suits confined spaces and team-based shooting.
The diffuser is made from stainless steel with a Dark Earth Cerakote finish in Flat Dark Earth. It measures 3.5 inches overall and attaches with SureFire's Fast-Attach mount. It is listed as compatible with SureFire SOCOM 5.56 and 7.62 muzzle devices and is classified as non-NFA.
