The Taran Tactical Innovations Versatile Base Pad is a magazine basepad for 9mm Luger magazines that adds three to five rounds of capacity. It is designed to work across several platforms rather than a single magazine family, fitting Mec-Gar, Beretta M9/92FS, Sig Sauer P365-XMACRO and P226, Walther PDP, and Canik TP-9/Rival magazines.
The basepad is CNC machined from aluminum with a hard anodized flat black finish. It weighs 0.93 ounces and measures 1.6 inches long. A beveled edge is intended to clear most magwells, and a one-piece push pin system allows attachment and removal without specialty tools. Each unit includes a TTI Universal Extra Power Spring to support reliable feeding with the added rounds.
