Timber Creek Outdoors Thread Protector 5/8x24 Black Billet Aluminum

Timber Creek Outdoors Thread Protector Features The Timber Creek Outdoors Thread Protector is machined from billet aluminum rated for aircraft use giving it the strength to survive repeated thread engagement without stripping or deforming. Because the material will not rust the protector keeps functioning and looking good even after exposure to weather or humid storage conditions. Its 5/8x24 thread pattern matches a common barrel thread standard letting shooters quickly cap their muzzle whenever a brake or suppressor is removed. The 4 inch length keeps the profile compact so it does not add unnecessary bulk to the end of the barrel. Beyond simple protection the Timber Creek Outdoors Thread Protector improves the overall appearance of a rifle by capping exposed threads with a clean finished look. The Black finish blends with most barrel and handguard colors keeping the muzzle end from standing out or drawing attention to bare threading. Swapping the protector on and off is straightforward making it easy to switch between a protected muzzle and an installed muzzle device as needed. This straightforward accessory is a practical addition for any owner looking to keep their barrel threads clean and presentable.
