Description
The Timney Impact AR is a single-stage trigger for AR-15 rifles, designed as a budget-oriented option in Timney's lineup. It is intended for builders who want a crisp, clean break without the higher cost of a premium trigger.
The trigger is machined from billet steel rather than metal injection molded or stamped parts. The hammer is wire-EDM machined from S7 tool steel for impact resistance, and other components are EDM cut from A2 tool steel and heat treated to Rc 56-60. All components are captive in a lightweight aluminum alloy housing. Each unit is hand-tested by Timney's technicians.
This is a right-hand, semi-automatic trigger in a black finish, and it fits Mil-Spec AR-15 platforms as a drop-in replacement.
