Volquartsen Firearms CNC-Machined Disconnector for MKII/MKIII. The machining process allows us to make several design changes to the the way the disconnector functions. We have added material that increases rigidity over the current design. This increased rigidity not only improves trigger pull but also will improve overall functioning as it will prevent any binding or interference that can be found on the prior design and factory design. This is due in part to variances in the factory frame tolerances. The CNC-machined design also features an integral pin without the step found on the factory design. We have also machined the pin that comes in contact with the trigger plunger round to reduce friction as it moves over the trigger plunger.
