Description
The Walther Sportmodell (and its variants like the Sportmodell V) chambered in .22 Long Rifle with an authentic 25.6" to 26" barrel (650mm) is a highly prestigious, pre-World War II German bolt-action rifle. Manufactured by Waffenfabrik Walther in Zella-Mehlis, Thuringia during the 1930s up until 1945, these firearms were originally designed to mimic the weight, balance, and sight layout of Germany's military service arms. They served as foundational marksmanship platforms for civilian clubs, youth programs, and paramilitary training.
