Weatherby Mark V Live Wild 7mm-08 Rem 22" Fluted Threaded Bolt Action Rifle

Weatherby Mark V Live Wild Features The Weatherby Mark V Live Wild features a spiral-fluted 22 barrel and matching fluted bolt that reduce weight and give fouling somewhere to escape keeping the action running smoothly across a long day in the field. A skeletonized bolt knob shaves further weight while giving shooters a distinctive tactile grip point for cycling the action quickly even with cold hands or bulky gloves. The radial Accubrake ST muzzle device significantly reduces felt recoil letting hunters stay on target for faster follow-up shots on game at extended range. This rifle was designed in direct partnership with hunter and guide Remi Warren reflecting real-world backcountry hunting demands in its engineering from weight savings to weatherproofing. An adjustable TriggerTech trigger lets shooters fine-tune pull weight from 2.5 to 5 pounds delivering a clean consistent break that improves accuracy on distant game and rewards careful shot placement. The Carbon Gray Cerakote finish on the barrel and receiver resists corrosion and wear from harsh weather moisture and rugged mountain terrain protecting the action through repeated backcountry trips. A hand-painted black stock with gray accents gives the rifle a rugged distinctive look while remaining lightweight at just 5.7 pounds for all-day carry on steep demanding hunts. Drilled and tapped for optics with a two-position safety the Mark V Live Wild is built to handle the toughest backcountry hunts with confidence pairing precision engineering with a purpose-built design for serious mountain hunters.
