Description
The Weatherby 307 Range XP 2.0 is a right-hand bolt-action rifle chambered in 7mm PRC, built for shooters who want a lightweight, adjustable rifle for hunting and precision work. The action uses a bolt designed for tool-less disassembly, so it can be field stripped without tools, and an M16-style extractor for positive extraction and ejection.
The rifle has a 22-inch threaded barrel and an overall length of 41.75 inches, weighing 7.5 pounds. The steel construction carries a graphite black finish, and the trigger is an externally adjustable TriggerTech Field unit. It has no sights installed, so the buyer must mount optics or iron sights separately. The stock is a lightweight vertical grip design with an adjustable cheekpiece and adjustable length of pull, with textured touch points and dual front swivel studs for accessories.
The magazine is a removable Magpul unit that holds 5 rounds and is compatible with AICS magazines. The 7mm PRC version ships with a metal MDT magazine.
