Description
The Winchester Model 1873 Deluxe Sporter is a right-handed lever-action rifle chambered in 44-40 Winchester. It pairs a steel receiver with a color case-hardened finish and a 24-inch blued barrel that is half octagon and half round, giving the rifle its classic profile.
The rifle has adjustable sights and a 14-round tubular magazine. Its walnut stock is finished with a satin oil that gives a smooth feel. The steel loading gate supports smoother loading, and the rear tang is drilled and tapped for an optional tang-mounted rear sight.
The stock is shaped with a pistol grip and a shotgun butt plate. The rifle is sold as a single rifle with the features described above.
