Winchester Xpert Sporter 22 LR 18" 10-Round Bolt Action Rifle

Winchester Xpert Sporter Features The Winchester Xpert Sporter uses a hemispherical firing pin that improves reliability across a wide range of rimfire ammunition a meaningful advantage for shooters who run different .22 LR loads through the same rifle. An adjustable rear sight paired with a blade front sight comes standard for shooters who prefer irons while the receiver is drilled and tapped to accept scope mounts for those who want to add optics. The extended bolt handle gives the shooter extra leverage for smoother faster cycling between shots and the two-position safety sits tucked at the rear of the receiver within easy reach of the trigger hand. Dual ambidextrous magazine releases positioned on both the side and bottom of the rifle let the shooter drop the magazine into their hand regardless of which side they favor. A satin hardwood stock gives the Xpert Sporter classic good looks along with a comfortable traditional feel in hand while the 1:16 inch twist rate stabilizes standard velocity .22 LR loads for consistent accuracy. At 36.25 inches overall and 5 pounds unloaded the rifle is light and well-balanced for younger or smaller-framed shooters as well as adults. The included 10-round rotary magazine also accepts magazines designed for 10/22 rifles giving owners a wide range of aftermarket magazine options. The Winchester Xpert Sporter suits shooters who want a dependable wood-stocked rimfire rifle for training plinking or small-game hunting.
