Winchester Xpert Thumbhole Target Brown .17 HMR 18 Threaded Barrel 9-Rounds

Winchester Xpert Thumbhole Target Features The Winchester Xpert Thumbhole Target is built around a precision button-rifled bull barrel chambered in .17 HMR featuring a target crown and semi-match Bentz chamber for consistent accuracy shot after shot. The Rimfire M.O.A. Trigger uses the same three-lever design found in Winchester s Model 70 and XPR centerfire rifles delivering zero creep zero take-up and zero overtravel for a trigger pull that breaks cleanly. A hemispherical firing pin improves ignition reliability across a range of rimfire ammunition and the durable steel receiver is drilled and tapped with a Picatinny optics rail installed for a secure scope mounting platform. The thumbhole stock is molded from durable brown laminated wood for stability that limits shifts in point of impact between shots and its adjustable comb lets the shooter fine-tune eye-to-scope alignment for a consistent sight picture. An extended bolt handle adds leverage for easier cycling while dual ambidextrous magazine releases on the side and bottom of the rifle give shooters options for ejecting the rotary magazine. The muzzle is threaded 1/2x28 and ships with a thread protector opening the door to suppressor use for quieter varmint control.
