The Winchester Wildcat Sporter Semi-Auto Rimfire Rifle with satin-finished wood stock brings a traditional look to the modern-day semi-auto. Accuracy and reliability have quickly made the Wildcat lineup a popular choice with shooters. Striker-fired design delivers faster lock-time and lighter trigger-pull than hammer-driven firearms. The upper receiver assembly comes equipped with an integral Picatinny rail, while the lower receiver assembly drops out of the stock, with the push of a button, for easy cleaning and maintenance. Lower receiver assembly stores a pair of Allen wrenches for easy access during adjustment or disassembly. A rear-access receiver port allows you to clean the bore properly from the chamber for quick, convenient maintenance, and fully adjustable ghost-ring rear sight and ramped post front sight provide rapid target acquisition. The chromoly steel barrel features precision button rifling and a recessed target-style crown for greater accuracy. Plus, the rotary 10-shot magazine functions reliably with metal feed lips, and has a last-shot, bolt hold-open device. The wood stock has a slightly longer length of pull than composite models to be more comfortable for larger shooters to shoulder and comes equipped with sling swivel studs for easy carry. Checkered grip surfaces ensure a secure grip. Use the slide lock button on the front of the trigger guard to manually lock the action open for added safety during storage or transporting.
