Winchester Xpert SR 22 WMR 16.5" 8-Round Bolt Action Rifle, Gray

Winchester Xpert SR Features The Winchester Repeating Arms Xpert SR is built around a durable steel receiver that is drilled and tapped for optic mounts with a two-piece scope base included so the rifle is ready for glass right out of the box. The precision button-rifled barrel in 22 WMR carries a target-style crown and a semi-match Bentz chamber for consistent accuracy while a hemispherical firing pin improves reliability with rimfire ammunition. The three-lever Rimfire M.O.A. Trigger is the same design found in the Model 70 and XPR rifles delivering zero creep zero take-up and zero over-travel for a clean glass-like break. An extended bolt handle adds leverage for easier cycling and a two-position safety sits within easy reach at the rear of the receiver. The molded polymer stock wears a Forged Carbon Gray hydrographic finish that matches the Gray Perma-Cote receiver and barrel for a cohesive look while keeping overall rifle weight to a low 4.5 pounds for easy carrying in the field. A Picatinny rail on the underside of the forearm complete with a rail cover allows a bipod or other accessory to be mounted and front and rear sling eyelets make the rifle easy to carry on a strap. The threaded 1/2x28 muzzle ships with a knurled thread protector installed keeping the Xpert SR ready for a suppressor without further modification. Dual ambidextrous magazine releases on the sides and bottom of the rifle let the shooter drop the rotary magazine into hand from either side rounding out a rimfire rifle built for easy use on the range or in the field.
