Yankee Hill Machine SRX Short Muzzle Brake M14x1 LH

Yankee Hill Machine Company sRx Short Muzzle Brake Features The Yankee Hill Machine sRx Short Muzzle Brake is engineered as the muzzle-side half of the sRx suppressor mounting system designed to work hand in hand with the separately sold sRx Adapter. Its internal taper sits in front of the threads and forms a tight seal when the suppressor is mounted which means no gasses or debris can accumulate on the threads over repeated use. Because the design has no moving parts and requires no shimming or timing to the barrel installation stays simple and repeatable every time it is removed and reattached. This timeless mounting approach is built to withstand rigorous use while keeping the shooter s setup low-profile and fast to run. Machined from 4140 steel and finished in a black phosphate coating the sRx Short Muzzle Brake is built to handle the heat and pressure of repeated suppressor mounting cycles without degrading. At 1.6875 inches long and .75 inch in diameter it is lighter than many other quick-detach mounting offerings on the market adding minimal bulk to the front of the barrel. The M14x1LH thread pitch on this version lets it thread directly onto a left-hand barrel pattern for a secure purpose-fit mount. For shooters building a dedicated suppressor host who care about both the aesthetics and the ease-of-use of their setup this muzzle brake is the obvious starting point.
