As a Curio Relic (CR) eligible rifle, it holds historical interest, though the sporterization means it has been modified from its original military configuration. This particular example features non-matching serial numbers and is rated in “fair” surplus condition, indicating noticeable wear and use. The stock shows visible damage and blemishes, including writing, which further reflects its age and prior handling. While still functional, it is best suited for collectors, hobbyists, or project use rather than as a pristine military example.
