Berlin-Lubecker ~ DUV-coded G.43 service rifle ~ 7.92 x 57mm

This is a 1944-production, DUV-coded, Berlin-Lubecker manufactured G.43 service rifle. 7.92 x 57mm. This is a middle war production Mauser with the rough cast receiver and bolt carrier. The gun retains 85-90% of the original factory finish. There is no apparent rust or pits anywhere. The receiver is stamped Eagle/Swastika and Eagle/214. There are no import marks anywhere.It is in great condition. The stock is in excellent condition. This is a great example of the rifle that came too late to make a real difference in the outcome of the war. If you are looking for a really nice example of a G.43, this is a great choice.
