Description
The Caldwell Lead Sled 4 is a shooting rest for sighting in rifles and shotguns. It holds the firearm steady on a weighted tray so that recoil is largely absorbed by the sled rather than the shooter, which helps with faster, more precise zeroing.
The frame places the tube below the weight tray, giving added clearance for detachable magazines and lever-action firearms. The adjustable weight tray accepts Lead Sled Weight Reservoir Bags, lead shot, or 35 lb. barbell weights. The front rest offers windage and elevation adjustment with an all-weather rubber bag that holds the firearm without damaging the stock. The rear support includes a shock-eliminating recoil pad.
The sled is a universal fit for rifles and shotguns and weighs 15.2 lbs. It is finished in black and green.
