Description
The Caldwell Lead Sled Solo is a recoil reducing rifle shooting rest built from steel for use at the bench. It uses a single-knob elevation system for smooth, precise aiming adjustments and an offset frame intended to accommodate detachable magazine rifles, including AR-15 platforms, as well as lever action guns.
The front support is height adjustable and has a rubberized coating to protect the gun from scratches. An integrated weight tray holds a single 25 pound bag of shot, and a heavy duty spring between the frame members helps reduce recoil. A welded steel brace with a rubber boot cradles the rifle butt.
The rest is listed as universal in fit and comes in green.
