Description
The Caldwell Lead Sled MAX is a shooting rest designed to absorb recoil and steady a rifle or shotgun during range work. It is the most versatile model in the Lead Sled line and can be configured as three different rests.
The sliding frame is length adjustable and folds for compact storage and transport. A removable reservoir holds about 2 gallons of water, sand, or gravel to add mass for absorbing recoil from magnum rifles and shotguns. The clamping front rest holds the firearm without damaging it, and the front elevation wheel has positive detents. The rear fine windage and elevation adjustments are backlash-free.
The rest is listed for rifles and shotguns and is available in green.
