FightLite Mission Configurable Rifle Dual-Feed Upper 5.56 NATO 16.25" M-LOK Black

FightLite Industries Mission Configurable Rifle Upper Features The FightLite Mission Configurable Rifle accepts both standard AR15/M16 magazines and M27 linked ammunition giving the operator the choice between magazine fed and belt fed operation from the same platform. Short stroke gas piston operation delivers reliable cycling and extreme reliability in adverse conditions a design choice aimed squarely at law enforcement security professionals and responsible armed citizens. The 16.25 inch barrel uses a quick change system that can swap barrels in about 3 seconds letting an operator change length or address a hot barrel in the field without tools. A 1:7 twist rate stabilizes the full range of 5.56 NATO bullet weights commonly fired through AR platform rifles. Because the MCR upper interchanges with standard AR and M4 type uppers it fits any Mil-Spec lower receiver without permanent modification including AR15/M16 pattern lowers dating back to 1963. An M-LOK co-planar handguard with a rail interface system supports the mounting of optics and modern accessories across the top and sides of the upper. The patented MCR system can be reconfigured by the user in seconds without tools adapting the rifle to virtually any mission profile the operator encounters. This configuration ships with 100 M27 links included giving an operator everything needed to run the belt fed capability right out of the box.
