Hornady Superformance CX 223 Remington 50 Grain 20 Rounds

Hornady Superformance CX is a 223 Remington cartridge loaded with a 50 grain Copper Alloy eXpanding (CX) bullet, designed for small game hunting and home defense. The copper alloy bullet is built to expand rapidly on impact for effective terminal performance.

The load runs at a rated muzzle velocity of 3300 fps, which the manufacturer associates with a flat trajectory and reduced wind drift. The brass case and Superformance propellant are intended to deliver this velocity without added recoil.

Each box contains 20 rounds, and each case holds 10 boxes. The cartridge is listed for 223 Remington and 5.56x45mm NATO chambers.
