Description
The HUXWRX QD 762 is a black muzzle brake built for 7.62x51mm NATO and .308 Winchester rifles. It is intended to reduce recoil when the rifle is run unsuppressed, and it uses a quick disconnect mount so it can be swapped without tools.
The brake has a 5/8"-24 threaded interface and an overall length of 2.3 inches. Per the retailer's note, it adds about 1.7 inches to the barrel length. It is designed to fit HuxWrx and OSS suppressors, and larger caliber mounts are not compatible with smaller caliber suppressors, while smaller caliber mounts can be used with larger caliber suppressors.
