Description
The HUXWRX QD Flash Hider is a black muzzle device in 7.62x51mm NATO designed to reduce muzzle flash when the rifle is fired unsuppressed. It attaches with a quick disconnect mount so it can be swapped with a suppressor without tools.
The device has a 2.3-inch overall length and uses an M14x1 left-hand thread pitch. When installed on a barrel with 0.6-inch threads, it adds 1.7 inches to the barrel length.
It is compatible with HX-QD and FLOW series suppressors. With the HUX HUB Adapter, it also fits VENTUM series suppressors. Mounts for larger calibers are not compatible with smaller-caliber suppressors, but smaller-caliber mounts work with larger-caliber suppressors.
