Description
The Safariland 578 GLS Pro-Fit is a right-hand outside-the-waistband holster in Flat Dark Earth, built around the GLS (Grip Lock System) retention mechanism. The GLS secures the pistol when holstered and releases it when the shooter applies pressure with the middle finger in a standard shooting grip.
The holster body is made of polymer with a smooth finish, which is non-abrasive to a gun's finish. It fits pistols with 4.30 to 6.02 inch barrels, including Glock 17, 20, 21 and 22, Smith & Wesson M&P 9 and 40, M&P CORE and HK P30L.
The holster uses a paddle mount and can be worn with or without a belt. The adjustable belt loop allows cross-draw carry.
