Savage Arms Axis 2 XP Green LH 5.56 NATO 20" Bolt Action Rifle with 3-9x40 Scope

Savage Axis 2 XP Features The Savage Arms Axis 2 XP pairs a 20 threaded barrel with a 1:7 twist rate to stabilize a wide range of 5.56 bullet weights and the included 3-9x40mm scope comes factory mounted and boresighted so shooters can get on target faster. That scope s Duplex reticle and fully multi-coated lenses provide a clear bright sight picture across the variable power range while tool-less windage and elevation adjustments make zeroing straightforward in the field. The user-adjustable AccuTrigger breaks anywhere from 2.5 to 6 lbs giving the shooter control over trigger feel rather than settling for a fixed factory pull. An updated ergonomic bolt handle design improves control during cycling especially in cold or wet conditions. The fixed OD Green synthetic stock features a pistol grip with ambidextrous palm swells and an adjustable length of pull letting left-handed shooters dial in a comfortable repeatable mount. A rubber recoil pad helps absorb felt recoil from the 5.56 cartridge over long days in the field. The detachable box magazine holds 4 rounds and drops free for fast reloads and at 7.6 lbs with the scope installed the rifle remains manageable to carry on extended hunts. Ready to hunt right out of the box the Savage Arms Axis 2 XP gives left-handed shooters a complete optic-equipped package at an affordable price.
