Springfield Armory Hellion Bullpup 5.56 NATO 16" 30-Round Rifle Gray

The Springfield Armory Hellion is a semi-automatic bullpup rifle chambered for 5.56x45mm NATO and 223 Remington. The bullpup layout places the action behind the trigger, which shortens the overall length for a given barrel length, making the rifle compact for close-range and general use.

The rifle has a 16-inch barrel with a 1-in-7 rate of twist and a 1/2x28 thread pattern for attaching muzzle devices. It includes a 4-prong flash hider and low-profile flip-up front and rear sights, with the rear sight adjustable. The overall length ranges from 28.25 to 29.75 inches, and the rifle weighs 8 pounds. The polymer construction has a matte gray finish and a 5-position adjustable stock.

The ambidextrous non-reciprocating charging handle suits both right- and left-handed shooters. The package includes one 30-round magazine, and the rifle accepts a capacity of 30 rounds plus one.
