VKTR VK-1PW 5.56 NATO 13.7" 10-Round CA Compliant Rifle

Vktr Industries VK-1PW Features The Vktr Industries VK-1PW is built around a patented low profile short stroke piston system that uses optimized gas port sizing and a cup and spigot piston design to improve the gas seal over traditional piston setups. A fully supported one piece operating rod and removable gas block match the footprint and weight of a standard direct impingement AR-15 so the piston benefits come without unusual handling characteristics. A staged gas bleed system allows the rifle to cycle consistently whether it is run suppressed or unsuppressed and across a variety of factory ammunition. The 13.7 inch cold hammer forged steel barrel is finished in black and paired with a 1 in 7 inch twist for stability across common 5.56 and .223 loadings. To meet California compliance requirements the VK-1PW ships with a 10 round Gen3 Compmag a rifle lock and a hard case along with a HUXWRX Flash Hider QD XL pinned and welded to bring the barrel to the legal 16 inch overall length. The upper and lower are finished in Black Armor Cerakote paired with a Magpul MOE SL stock and Black Magpul K2 grip for a cohesive duty ready appearance. An M-LOK handguard provides mounting space for lights slings or other accessories while a Picatinny rail on the receiver supports optics mounting. The ambidextrous controls and Hiperfire single stage trigger breaking around 4.5 pounds make the VK-1PW a serious option for California shooters who still want full piston driven performance.
