Weatherby Vanguard Obsidian 223 Remington 20" Threaded Bolt Action Rifle 5-Round

Weatherby Vanguard Obsidian Features The Weatherby Vanguard Obsidian is built around a cold hammer forged 20 heavy threaded barrel that delivers Weatherby s SUB-MOA accuracy guarantee giving shooters confidence in consistent shot placement session after session in the field or at the bench. The threaded muzzle is ready to accept a suppressor or muzzle brake letting shooters manage recoil and sound signature to suit range or hunting conditions without sending the rifle back to a gunsmith for machine work. A two-stage adjustable trigger provides a clean predictable break that helps maximize precision from the .223 Remington cartridge letting the shooter feel exactly where the sear releases instead of fighting a mushy factory pull. The blued receiver is drilled and tapped for optics giving shooters a straightforward path to mounting a scope for varmint hunting or target work without any gunsmithing or aftermarket base guesswork. The Monte Carlo black polymer stock is engineered to be weather-resistant standing up to rain humidity and rough field conditions without the maintenance a wood stock demands so it is ready to perform trip after trip with minimal upkeep. Its ergonomic design promotes a comfortable secure grip that improves handling and control during extended shooting sessions keeping the rifle steady through repeated strings of fire. A three-position safety adds a layer of secure operation letting shooters unload safely or lock the bolt closed for transport while keeping the trigger accessible when it s time to fire. Weighing 7.9 pounds the Vanguard Obsidian balances portability with the stability needed for accurate repeatable shooting in the field making it equally suited to a long day of varmint hunting or a session on the range refining a load.
