White Label Armory AR-15 5.56 NATO 14.5" Government Profile Mid Length 1:7 Threaded Barrel Black

White Label Armory AR15 Barrel Features The White Label Armory AR15 Barrel is chambered in 5.56 NATO and built with a 1:7 twist rate a rate that stabilizes a broad range of bullet weights from light varmint loads up through heavier match and tactical projectiles. Its 14.5 inch length paired with a midlength gas system gives the rifle a smoother more consistent cycling impulse than a shorter carbine length gas system typically provides. The government profile contour adds strength in the area under the front sight base or gas block without the added bulk of a full heavy profile barrel. Together these choices make this barrel well suited to a general-purpose AR-15 build intended for both range use and duty-style applications. Building an AR-15 around a dedicated midlength barrel like this one allows a shooter to fine-tune handling characteristics compared to a standard carbine length setup. The 14.5 inch barrel length is a common configuration for rifles intended to be run with a permanently attached muzzle device to reach legal barrel length requirements or trimmed for pinned and welded configurations. Pairing this barrel with a properly matched gas block and handguard completes a reliable upper build. For builders assembling a 5.56 AR-15 upper from the ground up this barrel offers a solid foundation to work from.
