Description
The CZ 457 Scout Youth is a bolt-action rifle in 22 LR, built as an entry-level rifle for young shooters. It has a 16.5-inch barrel, a blued finish, and a wood stock with a short 12-inch length of pull, sized for smaller shooters.
The rifle has a stainless steel receiver and a 5-round capacity. It uses adjustable iron sights with a leaf rear and blade front, and the receiver has an 11mm dovetail for mounting optics. The muzzle is threaded 1/2"-28. The rifle weighs 5 pounds and measures 32.76 inches overall.
The 457 platform uses a common stock inletting, so a larger stock can be fitted as the shooter grows. Magazines from the 455 and 457 families are compatible, and the rifle ships with a single shot adapter.
