Federal Premium Vital-Shok TruBall 20 Gauge 3" 3/4 oz Rifled Slug 5 Rounds

Federal Premium Vital-Shok TruBall is a 20 gauge rifled slug shotgun shell made for hunting. Each slug is designed to be used through a smoothbore shotgun barrel, giving hunters a single projectile for close-range game.

The load fires a 0.75 oz rifled slug from a 3-inch 20 gauge chamber at a muzzle velocity of 1700 fps. A plastic ball sits between the wad and the base of the slug, which centers the projectile in the barrel when fired. Federal rates the design as a self-centering approach intended to improve accuracy in smoothbore guns.

Each box holds 5 rounds, and each case contains 50 boxes. The slug is designed primarily for smoothbore barrels and can also be used in barrels with rifled choke tubes or fully rifled barrels.
