Great Lakes Firearms & Ammo 1911 Bull Shark Features The Great Lakes Firearms & Ammo 1911 Bull Shark is chambered in .45 ACP and built with a Cerakote finished Bull Shark titanium style frame that provides a rigid durable foundation for the pistol s 5 barrel. The stainless steel slide receives a black Cerakote finish and ported cuts that reduce reciprocating mass helping the pistol return to target faster between shots. An RMSc optics cut allows direct mounting of a compact red dot sight while high visibility fiber optic target sights provide a fast bright backup sight picture in any lighting. A Picatinny frame rail ahead of the trigger guard gives shooters the option to add a weapon light for low light situations. An adjustable trigger lets shooters dial in their preferred pull weight and travel for a crisp repeatable break shot after shot. The skeletonized hammer reduces lock time and reciprocating mass contributing to faster splits between shots. A beavertail grip safety and extended ambidextrous thumb safety give the pistol modern ergonomics while keeping the classic 1911 manual of arms shooters already know. Shipping with two 8 round magazines and made in the USA this 1911 combines traditional styling with the optics readiness and features today s competitive and defensive shooters expect.
